Our ideal candidates will have proven success as an Automotive Desk Manager in a dealership setting and a stable work history. Facts about this opening: *Competitive Pay Plan with Incentives *Not a Corporate Store *5 Day Work Schedule *Company Demo *401K *Insurance Benefits Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): *Meet monthly forecast for sales volume & sufficient gross to meet profit objectives *Create and organize all sales activities for the New & Used Sales department *Recruit, hire, train, and develop a retail sales force *Establish a positive relationship with customers *Ensure that salespeople are informed of all new inventory & current advertising efforts, including all rebates and incentives *Work with the Owner and General Sales Manager to forecast monthly sales & expenses *Enthusiastically assist sales people in customer interactions *Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience *Supervise new car sales associates to ensure individual and department sales quotas are met *Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop & coordinate best practices for the most efficient sales approach *Assist sales associates in closing sales as needed *Other duties may be assigned by management *Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
